At PayScale, he built out and scaled a world-class finance team and drove 5x increase in revenue growth over a period of 5 years. Megan Pawlak is a SHRM-CP Human Resources professional based in Santa Barbara, CA. As Director of People & Culture at Apeel Sciences, Megan oversees People Operations, Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Total Rewards for the Americas. She supported international hyper-growth during her tenure, seeing a 5x increase in headcount over a two-year period. In 2020 alone, Apeel Sciences doubled its employee population, expanding globally in the middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Megan and her team tackled a lot of the most pressing challenges of 2020; employee safety, employee mental wellness, border closures, immigration delays, business continuity, zoom burnout, and more. She is now focused on vaccination distribution, vaccine education, and office re-entry strategies. She approaches business challenges with a people-focused mindset and seeks to create programs in line with Apeel's mission and core values.

Stacey Carroll

Stacey is the Director of Human Resources for TKK, LLC, a communications company based in the Pacific Northwest. She is also the President of HR Experts On-Call. HR Experts On-call provide strategic HR consulting services to business owners and HR professionals. Stacey has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years holding various positions within Human Resources for Hawaiian Airlines, Trendwest Resorts, Nordstrom, and Western Washington University. She earned her BA and MBA from Western Washington University. Stacey has earned certifications in HR and Compensation. Stacey and her husband split time between Washington and Arizona with their two dogs, Hops and Barley.
